Online Academic Record (Current Students)

Procedures:

I.        In Person at the Registry Office

·       Fill out the Academic Records Request Form (Current Students)

·       The Registry staff will check if there is a ‘hold’ on your record such as due to outstanding fees or disciplinary penalty. If on ‘hold’, the Registry staff will inform the reason and advise how to settle the problem;

·       Show completed form to the Cashier and pay;

·       Submit the request form which has a ‘PAID’ stamp of Cashier to Registry;

·       Allow required number of days for processing;

·       Claim your request in due time if In-Person Pick Up delivery was selected, otherwise it will be mailed to the address you specified either by registered mail or express delivery via DHL.

 

II.      On-line Academic Records Ordering System:

 

Overview of the System:

·       The online ordering system for academic records is available 24/7/365 to take your order. Requests are processed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.

·       Orders will only be accepted if there is no ‘hold’ on your record which may be due to unpaid fees or disciplinary penalty. In case of records ‘hold’, the system will inform the reason and advise how it can be settled.

·       We will only process orders that have complete information and fully paid.

·       No request for cancellation, substitution, refund and the like may be entertained due to the automated nature of the online system.

·       AIT issues transcripts only for academic work completed at this institution.

·       Your transcript order will come in a sealed and signed AIT official envelope.

·       Status of orders can be tracked through the ‘Track Order’ link.

 

 Procedures:

·       Log in to your SIS account;

·       Go to ‘Order Academic Records’ menu;

·       Fill out the online request form and submit;

·       The system will check if there is a ‘hold’ on your record such as due to outstanding fees. If in ‘hold’, the system will inform the reason and advise how to settle the problem;

·       You will be notified by e-mail if submission was successful;

·       Show completed form to the Cashier and pay;

·       Upload into the system the request form which has a ‘PAID’ stamp of Cashier;

·       Allow required number of days for processing;

·       Claim your request in due time if In-Person Pick Up was selected, otherwise it will be mailed to the address you specified either by registered mail or express delivery via DHL.

 

 Processing Period:

Regular Processing

The document is available after 2 working days from the date of request;

Express Processing

The document is available on the next working day from the date of submission of request. Cut-off for express processing shall be 3:00 pm. Requests submitted after the cut-off time shall be considered submitted the following working day.
